2006 Philadelphia Film Festival

From 30 March through 11 April, the Philadelphia Film Festival brings the world’s imagination to Philadelphia with screenings of nearly 300 features, documentaries, shorts and animation from 50 countries for an audience of 61,000. Among its thematic highlights are Cinema of the Muslim Worlds, “Danger After Dark,” and the annual CityPaper Festival of Independents.

Films PhilaStudies has seen: These Girls, starring David Boreanaz and Caroline Dhavernas; and Wristcutters: a Love Story with Patrick Fugit, Shannyn Sossamon, and Tom Waits.
